ARDEX New Zealand is on a mission to become more involved in local communities and social initiatives and enterprises.

As an ARDEX NZ Employee, you are invited to help out by:

• Get up to 3 days additional paid leave to undertake a social initiative of your choice
• ARDEX may provide up to $3,000 to support the project
• Work individually or with your colleagues

What sort of thing can I do?

• Taking disadvantaged kids for a day out
• Creating an ornamental garden at a retirement village
• Helping organise or run a youth centre
• Clean up a local reserve
• Or add to our idea board below with your suggestions…

How do I get involved?

• What is the end goal of my project? Be specific.
• Why is this important?
• What is my game plan – what exactly will I be doing, when, and with who?
• Are there any financial costs which ARDEX can assist with to support the project?
• Who will my project benefit? How will my project benefit society as a whole?
• How will I review and report on this project afterward and how will I know if I achieved the goal?
