ARDEX R 5 E

ARDEX R 5 E is a two-component epoxy resin for use as a primer of ARDEX industrial coatings on mineral substrates with residual moisture. ARDEX R 5 E does not contain solvents or benzyl alcohol, and features excellent wetting properties formulated with hardeners.

After hardening, ARDEX R 5 E is resistant to the passage of water, chemicals, ice and weather.

Use:

• Internal or external applications
• Primer for epoxy and polyurethane products on concrete substrates with up to 8% residual moisture
• Not suitable for substrates with permanent hydrostatic pressure
